We are looking for an organised and solutions focused Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is working Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) and can be performed remotely. Your key responsibilities will include: 


·       Assisting in desktop support and configuration management escalations in a timely fashion to resolve Service Desk Tickets 

·       Managing enterprise software for mass distribution, updates or removal 

·       Managing application packaging environment for development of new software 

·       Helping to architect and implement client operating systems, application deployment and packaging infrastructure 

·       Ensuring operational documentation is created and maintained 

·       Serving as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, processes and procedures 

·       Coordinating and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose client problems; recommends course of action 

·       solving performance issues and technical challenges 



To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:


·       Strong task management skills with an ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously with effective communication and customer service skills

·       Highly developed coaching and interpersonal skills

·       Exceptional analytical problem solving skills

·       Demonstrated high level of Systems Administration experience

·       Solid grasp of Azure, MS Server, MS SQL, MS services, O365, VMware and networking.

·       IT Degree or Tafe IT qualification, MCSA, Windows Server 2012/2016

·       Confirmed background working with the following:

o   Software - EDI solutions, Office suite, Workflow tools

o   Hardware - CPUs, RAM, Tablets
