ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our  vendor management team. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm! 
This role would suit someone with high attention to detail who enjoys reconciliation. In this role your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure vendor expectations are met in accordance with Pickles procedure relating to pay outs
  • Meet key performance indicators associated with the payout of sales
  • Ensure a high level of communication when seeking account sale draft approvals
  • Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements 
  • Ensure all vendor management team enquiries are responded to promptly and in accordance with Pickles procedure and key performance indicators via ServiceNow application

ABOUT YOU 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated success and understanding of and understanding of account sales and paying out sales
  • Experience working in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Enjoy working in a team of specialists
