A great opportunity exists for you to join Pickles a Sales Coordinator working at our Archerfield site. In this role, you will be working with a close knit team to prepare for and finalise our weekly auctions with varied responsibilities; and there will be both office and yard work involved. 

We're looking for a true team player who is willing to jump in where they're needed. Our Archerfield branch is the secondary site to our Acacia Ridge branch, and manages the end to end sale of damaged vehicles and heavy motor assets. The working hours will be Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm with a ½ hour break.

This role will see you being hands on in the weekly auction preparation and working closely with our vendors. The main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the rest of the team in a friendly environment to ensure administrative duties are completed in line with auction timelines and auditing processes
  • Liaising with vendors via phone and e-mail to resolve complex problems and coordinate solutions quickly and efficiently    
  • Performing a high volume of catalogue and PPSR checks on assets prior to sale
  • General administrative duties associated with the auction/sale process such as data entry and reporting
  • Responding to a high a volume of e-mails and answering phone calls from our vendors and buyers
  • Following up on releases, clearing encumbrances, resolving stock issues with vendors and other key stakeholders
  • Stock management using our internal system
  • Managing withdrawn and declined claims and the many stakeholders involved in preparing these assets for sale
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all vendors and buyers
  • Relief of other roles as required

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills - we talk to so many different types of customers and we need a great rapport builder!
  • Able to work effectively as part of a close knit team as well as independently 
  • At least 2 years' experience in an administration role   
  • Competent oral & written communication skills
  • Flexible, reliable and well-presented and exceptional attention to detail
  •  Efficient; organised & able to prioritise competing tasks 
The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekdays where required.
