We are looking for a reliable team player who enjoys working outdoors to join our operations team at our Bibra Lake branch, in the damaged vehicles department.  

Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour break. This role would suit an entry level candidate who is interested and has basic knowledge of cars, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry.

In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities would include:  

  • Ensuring all damaged vehicles received, booked in, photographed and uploaded accurately within the required time-frames upon arrival at the branch
  • Following the process for collection and storage of personal items and keys from vehicles as part of the booking in process
  • Following the process for removal and storage of number plates
  • Producing quality digital photographs of vehicles and other items when booking in as well as documenting features and damage
  • Assisting with delivery of assets to the site and collection of assets by buyers/tow truck drivers
  • Assisting with auction related duties on auction days as well as ensuring the branch is set up for auctions
  • Delivering outstanding service to vendors and buyers
  • Maintaining a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment and adhere to WHS procedures
  • Teaming effectively with other departments


To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Current, valid drivers license (essential)
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles or experience in a similar role/industry
  • Basic customer service and computer skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Available to work some overtime as required
