ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Motor Vehicle and Salvage team at our Wagga Wagga branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. In this role your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinate the auction setup by ensuring all motor vehicle and salvage stock is included in each sale
  • Conduct data checks to ensure all stock is correctly advertised with photos and descriptions
  • Handle all customer and vendor queries promptly
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships including liaising with vendors regarding reserves, valuations, releases and marketing options
  • Support the operations team with tasks including entering stock into our system


ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of motor vehicles (makes, models etc)
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship building skills
  • Prior experience using databases and spreadsheets
